SYNDICATE

This is a mature syndicate having been established in 2017. All members own one third of the boat, which is registered on the UK Part 1 Registry. A syndicate agreement is in place to give a legal foundation and ensure that the syndicate is effectively run. With only three members, there is always good availability (including at short notice) throughout the year. The boat is managed for the sole benefit of the members but is professionally maintained by trusted local contractors. The exterior of the boat is regularly cleaned and bedding is washed and changed for a modest charge to each owner.

ANDIAMO

Andiamo is a Fairline Targa 34 launched in 2002. One of Fairline's most popular models and made during Fairline's heyday. She is powered by twin KAD44P‑C engines with 1100 hours recorded. Her deep 'v' hull ensures safe seakeeping and her twin 260hp engines give a top speed in excess of 35 knots.

Externally, she has a blue hull and a teak‑laid cockpit and bathing platform. The cockpit benefits from new Silvertex upholstery, fitted in the Spring of 2025. Prior to that, new camper covers were fitted in Autumn 2022.

She is well equipped with a Raymarine GPS plotter, an autopilot and a full array of safety equipment including automatic life jackets (for adults and children), a 6 man liferaft, a DSC VHF radio, a Personal Locator Beacon and flares.

She sleeps four in two separate cabins, and the saloon sofa can be converted to an occasional double bed. A powerful air-conditioning unit is fitted to keep the cabin cool on hotter days.

Andiamo is in excellent original condition and has been well maintained with comprehensive service history (available on request).

She is EU VAT paid and can be viewed at Club Nautico, Altea.

Club Nautico sits at the southern end of Altea, just a short walk from Albir. The surrounding coastline offers numerous sheltered anchorages, with excellent marinas such as Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia up the coast. Two beaches and a wide selection of great restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance.

The marina has a host of amenities including a large swimming pool and bar/restaurant. It is guarded 24 hours a day and the marineros are always willing to help with mooring.

The nearest airport is Alicante which has many low cost daily flights from the UK. The transfer to and from Altea can be made by hiring a car, by booking a cheap transfer or by taking advantage of the regular public buses.
